FAQ

Your questions, answered

The money question

How much can I make per year with Coral Care?

It depends on your state and how many families you choose to see. Sessions typically pay $60–$80, depending on your state, and you’re paid every two weeks. Use our Practice Builder to see a personalized estimate for your zip code and hours. It takes about two minutes.

When do I get paid, and are there fees?

Every two weeks by direct deposit, regardless of when insurance pays. There are no platform fees, software costs or credentialing costs. What you earn is what you receive.

If you want extra income on top of your job

Can I do Coral Care on top of my full-time job?

Yes. There are no minimum hours. You set your availability and choose the zip codes you’ll cover, so many OTs add a few families after work or on weekends.

If you’re ready to leave your clinic, school or EI job

I’m leaving Early Intervention. Is this a good fit?

It’s one of the most common paths into Coral Care. EI providers already have strong evaluation skills, family-centered experience and comfort in the home, and many of our providers came from EI.

How quickly will my caseload fill?

Most providers get their first family match within about two weeks of completing credentialing. How fast you fill depends on your availability and demand in your area, and our matching team actively works to fill your schedule.

If you already have a private practice

Can I keep my existing patients?

Yes. Many providers have moved their private practice over to Coral Care, bringing their existing patients with them, and we take over the credentialing, billing and admin.

If you need flexibility around family life

Can I take time off when I need to?

Yes. Just let our support team know and they’ll update your availability for you, with no HR approval required.
